INESCOP ("us", "we", or "our") operates the INESCOP YourFeet mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Information collection

When registering for the Service, a username and password are requested to create and manage the account. The Service requests permission to access your device's camera to take pictures of your feet for use in calculating the length and width of your feet to accurately determine your shoe size. These measurements and associated pictures are stored in the Service's databases.

Use and storage of data

Registration information is used to authenticate user accounts and provide secure access to the application. Information regarding foot measurements and photographs taken is used to calculate foot size and display it within the application. Data collected through the Service may be used in aggregated and anonymized form to perform different types of statistical analysis to be used for Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) activities.

Reasonable measures are taken by the Service to protect users' personal data and ensure its confidentiality. Appropriate procedures and security measures are implemented to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of stored personal information and foot photographs. This information will be maintained on the systems for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law.

Transfer and disclosure of data

Users' personal information, including photographs of their feet, is not shared with third parties or sold to third parties under any circumstances. We may use third party service providers to assist in the operation and maintenance of the application. However, these providers will only access the information to the extent necessary to provide their services and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the data.

Access and Rectification: Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data and stored photographs in the application at any time.

Withdraw Consent: Users may withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, resulting in the deletion of their accounts and associated information.
