Jornada online: "El cliente en el centro de la estrategia empresarial"

El próximo 24 de noviembre PLATECMA, la Plataforma Tecnológica de Sectores Manufactureros, organiza la jornada online: "El cliente en el centro de la estrategia empresarial".

El objetivo es analizar al cliente como centro de la estrategia empresarial y determinar como la tecnología está cambiando los negocios. Se abordarán temas como la experiencia de compra o el consumidor digital, así como los diferentes puntos de venta (online y offline) y sus características para atraer al consumidor.
